Who We Are

Goldberg & Associates is the successor to the law firm started by Kenneth D. Goldberg over twenty-seven (27) years ago, when he and two partners absorbed the property insurance firm of Weintruab & Fass. Over the years, our firm has grown and diversified and at present, we have offices in Manhattan and Millburn, New Jersey.

Goldberg & Associates takes great pride in the fact that it represents a variety of insurance, corporate, commercial and individual clients located throughout the United States. We have also represented clients located in the United Kingdom. We have acted as local counsel for law firms located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chicago, Illinois, and Cleveland, Ohio.

In addition to our staff of experienced lawyers, the firm makes use of an excellent support staff consisting of an office manager, two paralegals and experienced legal secretaries.
